A Rochester teen was arrested after deputies said he and two others broke into a Williamson business and stole items in late May.
The Wayne County Sheriff's Office said Richard C. Ferrari Clark, 19, of Spanish Trail in Rochester, was charged Wednesday with third-degree burglary, fourth-degree criminal mischief and petit larceny after an investigation into a burglary at Gallo's in the town of Williamson.
Deputies said the break-in happened around 3:12 a.m. May 30. Investigators said Ferrari Clark, another adult male and a juvenile damaged a lock and door to get inside the business, then stole items from the property.
Ferrari Clark was taken to the Wayne County Jail for processing and to await CAP Court arraignment.
The sheriff's office said additional arrests are pending.
