Six student-athletes from Keuka College were named At-Large Academic All-District selections by College Sports Communicators, with honors spanning Men’s Golf and Men’s Lacrosse.
The honorees included golfers Nathan Gillette, Tyler Green, and Quinn Hansen, along with lacrosse standouts Aiden Nice and Dominick Panko.
Gillette competed in seven events and 11 rounds for the Wolves, posting a season-low round of 88 four times. His top finish came at the St. John Fisher Collegiate Invitational, where he placed 18th. He is a Unified Childhood/Special Education major with a Global Studies concentration and has earned five Empire 8 President’s List selections.
Green appeared in six tournaments as a senior leader, highlighted by a tie for 11th at the Keuka College Fall Invitational after shooting a career-low 81. He also received the department’s Rob Smets Heart of a Champion Award and graduated with a degree in Management with a Sports Management concentration.
Hansen played nine rounds across six events as a junior, recording a career-low round during the Empire 8 Fall Championship that matched the team’s best of the season. He is an Applied Mathematics and Finance major who earned Empire 8 President’s List honors in both semesters.
Nice started all 16 games in a standout senior season, finishing with 18 goals and 13 assists for 31 points, ranking third on the team. He is a Management major and a three-time Empire 8 President’s List selection.
Panko appeared in all 16 games in a steady senior campaign, scoring his first career goal and assist while setting personal bests in ground balls and caused turnovers. He graduated with a degree in Political Science and History.
The At-Large Academic All-District program recognizes NCAA student-athletes in sports without sport-specific CSC awards. Eligibility requires at least sophomore standing, a minimum 3.50 GPA, and participation in at least 90% of a team’s contests.
