A larceny investigation at a Marion business resulted in the arrest of a local man, according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
Luca M. Gruttadaurio, 23, of Dean Road in the Town of Marion, was charged with petit larceny following an investigation into a reported theft at the Dollar General store in Marion. Deputies allege Gruttadaurio stole a bottle of milk and granola bars from the store.
The arrest followed an investigation by sheriff’s deputies into the reported larceny. Authorities did not release additional details about the incident.
Gruttadaurio was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Marion Town Court on June 24 at 1 p.m. to answer the charge.
