According to police, officers determined Skyner left a large quantity of garbage on the railroad tracks before leaving the area. Authorities described Skyner as a convicted felon in the release announcing the arrest.

Skyner was charged with third-degree criminal trespass, a class A misdemeanor. He was processed at the Geneva Police Department and released with an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Police said anyone with information related to the incident is encouraged to contact the Geneva Police Department.
