The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office said 37-year-old Emmanuel Richelieu, who had been reported missing after last being seen in Geneva, was located deceased with what investigators described as “significant trauma to his body.”
Richelieu was last seen at the Americas Best Value Inn on Hamilton Street in Geneva, where he had been visiting a friend. Investigators had previously indicated the circumstances surrounding his disappearance led them to believe he may have been in danger.
