Seneca Falls police seek woman on warrant tied to drug, vehicle charges

SENECA FALLS — Police are asking for the public’s help locating a woman wanted on an active warrant stemming from multiple charges, including drug-related offenses.

Michelle A. Nisiewicz, 51, is wanted for failing to appear in court on charges that include criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth and seventh degrees, as well as operating an uninspected motor vehicle, according to the Seneca Falls Police Department.

Authorities describe Nisiewicz as approximately 5 feet, 10 inches tall with red hair and blue eyes. Additional details about her weight were not provided.

Police said the warrant was issued after she failed to appear in court on the underlying charges.

Anyone with information about her whereabouts is urged to contact the Seneca Falls Police Department at 315-568-4850. Anonymous tips can also be submitted online through the department’s tip portal.

Officials emphasized that members of the public should not attempt to take enforcement action themselves.
