Wayne-Finger Lakes high school sports: April 14 scoreboard

A wave of standout individual efforts defined Tuesday’s action across the Wayne-Finger Lakes. In boys lacrosse, Tariku Blueye totaled seven goals and four assists to lead Marcus Whitman, while Brayden Arber netted seven goals for Bloomfield/Honeoye. On the girls side, Bailey Cooper scored six times to keep Penn Yan rolling. In softball, Rylee Richardson went 4-for-4 with four RBI and Keira Weber struck out 15 for Lyons, while Sydney Falsone and Calla McCombs fueled Bloomfield’s offense and Cora Holtby delivered a four-hit performance for Canandaigua.

Elise Wilkinson also collected four hits as Lyons piled up 17 hits and broke the game open with a six-run fifth inning. For the Cougars, Peytin Westurn and Olivia DeBoerdere each hit inside-the-park home runs.

The Bombers offense erupted as Sydney Falsone and Calla McCombs each collected four hits, while Addison Falsone and Maddy Wilson added three hits apiece, with McCombs driving in seven runs. For the Wildcats, Ayana Ayers had two hits and scored three times, and Kaylin Yerkes finished with three RBI.
