Tuesday night featured more than a dozen high school basketball games across the region, with a non-league matchup between the Waterloo and Marcus Whitman boys drawing the spotlight. The Tigers held off a late fourth-quarter surge to secure a one-point victory over the Wildcats. On the girls side, Newark stayed perfect on the season, improving to 10-0 with a dominant win over Midlakes.
