Police arrested a Rochester man after deputies served an arrest warrant in Wayne County.
Deputies took Tyrek T. Collins, 27, into custody Thursday afternoon in Lyons on a warrant for violating the conditions of his probation.
The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office said deputies located Collins around 3:23 p.m. and arrested him without incident.
Deputies transported Collins to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office for processing before taking him to the Wayne County Jail.
He was held at the jail awaiting arraignment scheduled for later that evening.
