Seneca Falls man faces felony charge after domestic

Police arrested a man after responding to a domestic disturbance late Sunday night in Seneca Falls.

Officers took 27-year-old Kevin D. Martin into custody around 10:30 p.m. on December 8. He faces multiple charges, including harassment in the second degree, two counts of criminal mischief in the fourth degree, and strangulation in the second degree — a class D felony.

The incident led to Martin being processed and taken to the Seneca County Correctional Facility, where he is awaiting arraignment. Police said an order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
