Plans to rework Ithaca’s Creekside Plaza into six parcels took a step forward but still need final approval, according to The Ithaca Voice.
The Planning Board also reviewed two projects from Visum Development Group. “The Citizen” apartment plan was scaled down and raised floodplain concerns, while “The Breeze Apartments” won approval for site tweaks like a redesigned retaining wall and landscaping.
Board members raised accessibility and safety concerns, especially for residents with disabilities, and asked developers to revise designs before any green lights.
