Audrey Chen scored a career-high 14 points, including four three-pointers, to lead Cornell past Le Moyne, 52-51, in overtime on Saturday at Ted Grant Court. The Big Red improved to 3-3 on the season, while the Dolphins fell to 1-4.

Chen added three rebounds, three steals, and an assist, while Rachel Kaus matched her with 14 points and four rebounds. Clarke Jackson contributed nine points and five rebounds, and Emily Pape chipped in nine points and three boards. For Le Moyne, Eli Clark led with 17 points, hitting four three-pointers. Ashley Buragas recorded her second double-double of the season with 11 points and 10 rebounds, and Sierra Linnin added 11 points and seven rebounds.
The game featured 15 lead changes and 10 ties, with neither team leading by more than six. Cornell held a slim 34-33 advantage entering the fourth quarter. A late three-pointer by Chen tied the game at 45-45 after Le Moyne briefly regained the lead, sending the contest to overtime. In the extra period, Chen’s fourth three-pointer and a clutch layup provided the decisive points, and Cornell’s defense held Le Moyne scoreless over the final 1:58 to secure the win.
The Big Red shot 37.3% from the field and 28% from three-point range, while forcing 16 turnovers. Despite being outrebounded 40-29, Cornell captured its sixth straight win over Le Moyne and its third consecutive road victory for the first time since 2019-20.
Cornell returns to Newman Arena on Wednesday, November 26, to face Siena at 2:30 p.m.
