A Naples man was arrested for assault after police responded to a disturbance on Parrish Street in Canandaigua.
Officers say 65-year-old Mark L. Zullo was taken into custody around 12:55 p.m. on October 23. An investigation found that Zullo had struck another person, causing a visible injury to their right knee.
Zullo was charged with third-degree assault and transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
