Deputies arrested an elderly Pittsford man last week after he returned to Eastview Mall despite being previously banned from the property.
According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, 82-year-old Demetrios Votsis was taken into custody around 5:43 p.m. on October 23 at the mall’s food court.
Officials say Votsis had already been trespassed from Eastview Mall but came back anyway. He was charged with trespass, processed at the sheriff’s substation, and released with an appearance ticket.
He is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
