Deputies arrested a man Wednesday morning on an active warrant tied to a trespassing case in the Town of Waterloo.
Joshua J. Farrell, 35, was taken into custody at 11:46 a.m. on a warrant issued by the Town of Waterloo Court.
The charge stems from an incident on Oct. 27 in which authorities allege Farrell entered a property after deputies had warned him not to return the night before during a separate incident.
Deputies turned Farrell over to corrections to await centralized arraignment. An order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
He was scheduled to appear in CAP court at 7 p.m. on March 25 to answer the charge.
