Cornell spread the offense around as Georgia Schiff, Lindzi Avar, Sarah MacEachern, Avi Adam, and Nora Curtis each found the back of the net. Adam, Rose Dwyer, McKenna Van Gelder, Avar (two), Karel Prefontaine, Piper Grober, and Grace Dwyer picked up assists.

Harvard controlled much of the early shot total, holding a 13-6 edge in the opening period, but Cornell made its chances count. Schiff opened the scoring on a breakaway before Avar doubled the lead from the slot to give the Big Red a 2-0 advantage after one. MacEachern extended the margin midway through the second, picking the top corner for her first of the season. The Crimson finally got on the board late in the period, but Adam’s goal moments later restored Cornell’s three-goal cushion.

Harvard’s Biotti scored early in the third to make it 4-2, but Curtis sealed the win with a late tally to secure the 5-2 victory.
