Deputies arrested a Hornby man Tuesday after they say he trespassed and frightened two people before resisting arrest.
Todd Weber, 66, was taken into custody by the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office following the incident on Buck Hollow Road. Officials say he engaged in threatening behavior that caused fear of serious injury while unlawfully on someone else’s property.
Weber is facing four charges: fourth-degree stalking, trespass, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest. Deputies say he physically resisted when they tried to detain him.
He was arraigned in Centralized Arraignment Court and released.
Sheriff Jim Allard thanked the New York State Police for assisting with the arrest.
