A CPS report led to charges against a Seneca Falls woman accused of filing a false report and harassing a victim.
Police arrested Jordaen N. Baglio, 28, on October 12 after an investigation tied to a complaint made to Child Protective Services.
Officers say Baglio falsely reported an incident, which later helped investigators determine she had also harassed a victim involved in the case.
As a result, she faces two misdemeanor charges: falsely reporting an incident in the third degree and aggravated harassment in the second degree.
Baglio was taken to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment. Police say an order of protection was requested for the victim.
