A TAKE 5 top-prize ticket worth $8,975 was sold in Canandaigua for the June 21 evening drawing, according to the New York Lottery.
Lottery officials said the winning ticket was sold at Wegmans No. 11 at 345 Eastern Blvd.
Two other top-prize tickets from the same drawing were sold in Brooklyn and Wappingers Falls. Each was worth $8,975, according to the Lottery.
TAKE 5 numbers are drawn from a field of one through 39. Drawings are held twice daily at 2:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.
Lottery officials said draw game prizes may be claimed up to one year from the date of the drawing.
The New York Lottery said it contributed $3.6 billion in fiscal year 2024-25 to support public schools across the state.
