A Naples man was arrested earlier this week on a warrant stemming from a reported physical altercation on public land in the town of Italy.
James M. Brennan, 61, was taken into custody on October 6 by Yates County deputies. He is charged with criminal obstruction of breathing.
Deputies say the charge relates to an October 1 incident in which Brennan allegedly assaulted another individual on state land.
He was transported to the Yates County Public Safety Building and held for arraignment in CAP Court.
