The Seneca Falls Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a man who failed to appear in court on a petit larceny charge.
Luis A. Ruiz, 51, is the subject of this week’s “Warrant Wednesday.” He is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing 110 pounds, with black hair and black eyes.
Police say Ruiz is wanted for failing to appear in court after being charged with petit larceny. No further details about the original case were released.
