A Lyons man is facing charges after deputies say he tried to walk out of a drugstore with a beer hidden under his coat.
According to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, 60-year-old Tracy Daniels was arrested after a larceny investigation at the Kinney Drugs in Lyons.
Deputies say Daniels entered the store, tucked a can of Natty Daddy under his coat, and left without paying.
He was charged with petit larceny and given an appearance ticket. He’s due in Lyons Town Court to answer the charge.
