A Rochester woman is facing multiple charges after allegedly crashing a stolen vehicle while intoxicated in the Town of Naples.
Deputies say 28-year-old Heather N. Micglire was arrested Monday night around 8:41 p.m. following a crash in a private driveway on Old French Hill Road.
The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office says Micglire was driving a vehicle she did not own — and didn’t have permission to use — when she crashed it on someone’s property. Investigators say she was intoxicated at the time and tried to falsely report what happened to both the homeowner and responding deputies.
Micglire faces the following charges:
- Criminal possession of stolen property (4th degree)
- Falsely reporting an incident (3rd degree)
- Criminal mischief (4th degree)
- Driving while intoxicated
- Unlicensed operation
She was taken to the Ontario County Jail and is scheduled to appear in CAP Court.
