Mandy Teeter has been named permanent president of Unity Hospital after returning to the Rochester Regional Health facility as interim president in September.
Teeter previously served as the hospital's chief operating officer, according to the health system's announcement. She later built and led Rochester Regional Health's Transformation Management Office, which worked with teams on operations, workflows and resource use.
Teeter began her health care career as a behavioral health therapist before moving into hospital leadership. Rochester Regional Health CEO Richard Davis said her familiarity with Unity and its staff would help her in the permanent role.
The health system said Becker's Hospital Review named Teeter among its 2026 chief transformation officers to know.
Unity Hospital is part of Rochester Regional Health, which operates nine hospitals and serves communities across Western New York, the Finger Lakes and the St. Lawrence region.
