Canandaigua man accused of harassment after July incident

A Canandaigua man has been charged following a disturbance that took place last month on Pleasant Street.

Police say 35-year-old James Milliman was served a criminal summons on August 23 for second-degree harassment. He’s accused of following another person through their neighborhood on July 24 with the intent to harass and annoy them.

Milliman is scheduled to appear in City of Canandaigua Court at a later date.
