Deputies arrested a Geneva man early Saturday morning after they say he violated an order of protection in the Town of Canandaigua.
According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, 45-year-old Shannon T. Praylor showed up at the home of the protected party around 5:30 a.m. He was taken into custody on a charge of second-degree criminal contempt.
Deputies say Praylor was brought to the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment in CAP court. He’s expected to return to Canandaigua Town Court at a later date.
The case remains under investigation by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
