A Waterloo man faces a trespassing charge after an arrest on August 18. Waterloo Police arrested him around 2:30 PM.
Police charged Andrew Kappesser, 33, with trespassing. He allegedly returned to a residence unlawfully.
Law enforcement had previously advised Kappesser not to be at the residence.
He received an appearance ticket. He is scheduled to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court at a later date.
