A Farmington woman was stopped in Penn Yan earlier this month after police say she was driving with a suspended license.
Officers pulled over 39-year-old Kellie M. Ferguson on Linden Street around noon on September 14. A records check revealed her New York State driver’s license had been suspended.
Ferguson was issued a traffic ticket for aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree. She’s scheduled to appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
