A man was stabbed in the neck during a daytime domestic incident in Downtown Binghamton, according to WIVT.
Police say they found the 55-year-old victim at the Martin Luther King Promenade on Wall Street. He’s now in stable condition. Officers arrested Ashley Williams of Endicott nearby.
She’s being held in Broome County Jail as the investigation continues.
