Police charged a man after a weekend arrest in Seneca Falls.
Officers said Pablo Soto-Burgos, 51, was taken into custody on Aug. 10 and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor.
He was issued an appearance ticket and is due back in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
Police did not release details about what led to the charge or the type of substance involved.
