In New York, the average price remained steady at $3.17, with slight weekly drops in most regions. Syracuse saw a minor uptick, while Watertown recorded the biggest dip, falling two cents to $3.16. Despite modest increases in crude oil and fuel demand, prices at the pump stayed stable.
