A woman was arrested early Friday morning in Williamson following a reported altercation involving two juveniles.
Deputies with the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested Crystal J. Quinn, 42, after responding to a domestic incident on Route 21.
Quinn was charged with two counts of second-degree harassment and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Authorities allege she physically confronted one juvenile and threatened another.
She was transported to the Wayne County Jail and held for CAP court later that morning.
