Deputies arrested a Lyons resident Monday evening after responding to a domestic violence complaint at a Montezuma Street address.
Collin M. Martin, 21, was taken into custody following a physical altercation with his girlfriend, according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies charged Martin with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and one count of harassment in the second degree. Authorities said the incident involved children and took place in the Town of Lyons.
