Deputies in Wayne County arrested a man Tuesday evening after he failed to appear in court on multiple criminal mischief charges.
Anthonie P. Lamagra, 25, of Goodman Street in the City of Rochester, was taken into custody on active bench warrants related to two previous incidents, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reported.
The warrants stemmed from charges of criminal mischief in the third and fourth degrees. Deputies transported Lamagra to the Wayne County Jail, where he was held in custody to await CAP court on the morning of July 22 at 7:00 a.m.
The arrest was handled by Deputy K. Mitchell and took place in the Town of Lyons at approximately 7:47 p.m., according to the press release.
