Schuyler County pet owners can get free rabies vaccinations for their cats, dogs, and ferrets at a clinic on Monday. The event runs from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Cayuta Town Barn on NY-224.
All pets must be at least three months old. Dogs must be leashed, and cats and ferrets must be in carriers.
Proof of previous rabies shots is required for booster eligibility. Walk-ins are welcome, though online registration is available. Donations to support the clinic are appreciated.
