A 57-year-old former Lyons school teacher has been arrested in a child pornography case following a state-led investigation. Tracy J. Przepiora of Victor was charged after authorities discovered child sexual abuse material on his devices.
The investigation began with a tip from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. A June 12 search at Przepiora’s residence led to the seizure of multiple devices, which forensic experts later confirmed contained illicit content.
Przepiora now faces felony charges for promoting and possessing obscene performances involving minors. He was arraigned in Ontario County and is due to appear in Victor Town Court.
