A Canandaigua man was arrested after allegedly throwing a beer can at another person during a disturbance.
O’Neil E. Lollis, 68, was taken into custody on May 13 at 4:29 p.m. and charged with Harassment in the Second Degree. The incident occurred on South Main Street.
Authorities responded to a disturbance report and determined that Lollis had thrown a beer can at someone.
He was arrested at the scene and transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
