A Lyons woman has been arrested after allegedly failing to return a vehicle, prompting an investigation by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies arrested 28-year-old Tiffany Swinehart of Jackson Street in the Town of Lyons on April 22. She was charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle in the third degree after a report claimed she did not return the vehicle as agreed.
Following her arrest, Swinehart was taken to the Wayne County jail for fingerprinting and photographs. She was then issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Palmyra Town Court to respond to the charge.
