A Delaware County man is facing multiple charges after deputies responded to a child welfare complaint in the Town of Walton, according to WICZ. The investigation began March 13 and revealed a suspect allegedly provided marijuana to someone under the age of 21.
Authorities identified 38-year-old Laurice Clinton as the individual involved. He was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and two counts of criminal sale of cannabis in the third degree.
Clinton was released with an appearance ticket and is expected to return to court at a later date. No further details about the incident were disclosed.
