A Seneca Falls man faces felony charges after police say he repeatedly violated an order of protection by contacting and threatening the protected individual.
Brian A. Ryan, 51, was arrested on April 3 after an investigation revealed he had been calling and texting the victim despite a stay-away order. Police also say Ryan made threatening remarks during some of the phone calls.
Officers with the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department charged Ryan with one count of criminal contempt in the first degree, a class E felony, and one count of aggravated harassment in the second degree, a class A misdemeanor.
Following his arrest, Ryan was transported to the Seneca County Law Enforcement Center to await arraignment.
