A Savannah man is facing multiple charges, including a felony, after a crash in the Town of Seneca Falls led to a drug-impaired driving investigation.
Police say Brian C. Hastings, 42, was arrested on March 20 following a roadside investigation into a motor vehicle accident. Officers determined that Hastings had been operating his vehicle while impaired by drugs and was driving with a suspended license at the time of the incident.
Hastings was charged with Driving While Intoxicated (Impaired by Drugs), Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the First Degree—a felony—and Following Too Closely.
He was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court at a later date.
