Bradt Road Maple in Cato, New York, is inviting the community to Maple Weekend 2025, a two-weekend event celebrating the sweet tradition of maple syrup production. The event will take place on March 22-23 and March 29-30 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., offering fun and educational experiences for all ages.
Visitors will have the chance to take sugarbush tours, where they can see firsthand how maple syrup is made, including live demonstrations (weather permitting). In addition, Bradt Maple will offer free samples of various maple products, including syrup, spreads, sauces, and candy.
A Chicken BBQ will be available on both Saturdays, with dinners and halves for sale starting at 10:30 a.m. until sold out. Dinners are priced at $15, and halves at $10, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting FFA (Future Farmers of America).
