A Waterloo man already facing burglary and other charges in Seneca Falls was arrested again for larceny in Tyre, according to the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office.
Steven M. Foulkrod, 33, was taken into custody on February 28 at 11:23 p.m. after deputies responded to a theft incident at a convenience store in Tyre. Security footage allegedly showed Foulkrod concealing merchandise in his pockets and leaving without paying.
He was charged with petit larceny and issued an appearance ticket for the Town of Tyre Court, where he is scheduled to appear on March 25.
This arrest came less than an hour after Foulkrod was taken into custody by Seneca Falls Police in connection with a December burglary investigation.
In that case, authorities say he and a juvenile unlawfully entered a residence, causing property damage. He faces multiple charges, including second-degree burglary, fourth-degree conspiracy, criminal mischief, and criminal tampering.
Following the burglary arrest, Foulkrod was taken to the Seneca County Law Enforcement Center, where he awaited arraignment.
