Collins-Harris was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, according to the Sheriff's Office.

Investigators said Collins-Harris later turned herself in. The Sheriff's Office did not identify the business, describe the property or provide an estimated value.

Collins-Harris was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear Oct. 14 in Tyre Town Court.

The charges are accusations. Collins-Harris is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
