A Waterloo man has been arrested and charged with multiple offenses, including burglary, following an incident in December, according to the Seneca Falls Police Department.
Steven M. Foulkrod, 33, was taken into custody on February 28 at 10:48 p.m. after officers linked him to an unlawful entry into a residence in Seneca Falls. Authorities say Foulkrod, along with a juvenile, was found inside a home without permission. While inside, Foulkrod allegedly damaged property, causing what police described as a “substantial inconvenience” to the homeowner.
Foulkrod faces multiple charges, including second-degree burglary (a Class C felony), fourth-degree conspiracy (a Class E felony), fourth-degree criminal mischief (a Class A misdemeanor), and third-degree criminal tampering (a Class B misdemeanor).
He was transported to the Seneca County Law Enforcement Center, where he awaits arraignment.
