Marion man charged with reckless endangerment after domestic incident

A Marion man has been charged with multiple offenses following an investigation into a domestic incident that occurred more than a year ago.

Andrew Riedman, 47, of Parker Road, was arrested by Wayne County Sheriff’s deputies on January 16. He faces charges of second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree reckless endangerment. Authorities allege that during an argument on January 1, 2024, Riedman intentionally drove a motor vehicle into another vehicle, causing substantial damage.

Riedman was transported to CAP Court and was scheduled for arraignment on Friday. Officials did not disclose additional details about the incident or the individuals involved.

The investigation remains ongoing.
