A Savannah man has been arrested following an investigation into the alleged sexual abuse of a juvenile that occurred in the Town of Wolcott between January 2017 and January 2018.
Joshua A. Spino, 31, of North Main Street, is accused of having sexual contact with a 9-year-old child during that period. He has been charged with sexual abuse in the first degree, according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
Spino was transported to the Wayne County Jail, where he is being held. He is scheduled for centralized arraignment on January 16 at 7 p.m.
