A 20-year-old Canandaigua man was arrested Monday after an investigation into allegations of misconduct involving juvenile females, according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
Devin M. Shaw, of East Street, is accused of kissing and physically touching a female juvenile while another juvenile videotaped the incident. The alleged misconduct occurred in September 2023.
Shaw faces two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and was transported to the Wayne County Jail, where he awaits centralized arraignment scheduled for Tuesday evening.
Authorities have not disclosed additional details about the case.
