Rochester man arrested for DWI following Waterloo traffic stop

A Rochester man was arrested on December 26 after a traffic stop led to allegations of driving while intoxicated and other violations, according to the Waterloo Police Department.

Kevin M. Doran, 33, was taken into custody at approximately 3:40 p.m. and charged with driving while intoxicated, possession of an open container in a motor vehicle, and operating an uninspected motor vehicle.


Police allege Doran was driving under the influence, had open alcohol containers in the vehicle, and was operating a car that had not passed inspection.

Doran was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility for arraignment. No further details about the incident have been released.
