A Steuben County man faces multiple charges after allegedly strangling and injuring another person during a domestic dispute in Woodhull.
Richard W. Wilson, 29, was arrested on December 28 after deputies responded to a reported domestic incident. Authorities allege Wilson strangled the victim, caused physical injuries, and attempted to prevent the person from calling 911.
Wilson was charged with strangulation in the second degree, a class D felony, as well as assault in the third degree and criminal mischief in the fourth degree. He was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Court and released​.
